Can I Use Other Skin Preparations in Conjunction with Derma Shield?
In common with nearly all skin preparations, Derma Shield is best used by itself. Because Derma Shield bonds to the epidermis there are a few exceptions. Having applied Derma Shield and given time to sink in and bond to your skin the remaining emollients on the surface of your skin can then be washed off using a mild soap and warm water. If the second preparation you are thinking of using is one that is designed to stay exclusively on the skin surface then this can be applied to your skin. Caution should be used if the second preparation is a sun screen as it may not give the full protection expected.
